Important information
Via the form below, you can register your master programmes for the Next Step Master Day 2025, which takes place on the 13th of January in Utrecht. Given the overwhelming response we received last year, we operate on a "first come, first served" basis, with a limited number of available slots. However, we aim to ensure a balanced representation of programmes in biology, chemistry, and life sciences, as well as participation from different institutions across various cities.
Booth options
There are two options: (1) a table top or (2) a poster board.
Both options include program representation on the Next Step Master Day website, featuring a photo, text, and/or video presentation.
(1) A table top setup includes a high round table (80 cm in diameter, 1.15 m in height) with access to an electricity point (230V). There will be enough space to place your own banner behind the table, but please note that this option does not include a poster board. Each table top can accommodate a maximum of two master programmes, and the costs are €150 per table.
(2) A poster board setup includes a freestanding poster board (2 m poles, 1 m x 1.25 m panel) for hanging posters or flyers, but does not include a table. Electricity points are available, and you may bring your own banner. Each poster board can accommodate a maximum of one master programme, and the costs are €75.
If you need more than two tables or poster boards, please fill out the form again after registration or contact Nine Gerrits (ngerrits@kncv.nl).
Additional exposure package
only possible if you register for the Next Step Master Day
Print: Create additional exposure for your master-program by opting for a profile in the December edition of C2W|Mens en Molecule (in Dutch) with your logo, contact details, and a compelling text of up to 75 words. This edition reaches an impressive 8,000 readers: (student) members of the societies KNCV (chemistry/life sciences), NVBMB (biochemistry/molecular biology), NBV (biotechnology) and KVCV (chemistry Flanders). Furthermore, copies of the magazine will be included in the goodie bags distributed to all Next Step Master Day participants. To be featured in the magazine, we require your input (logo, contact details and 75 word text) by November 14th. Limited slots are available in the magazine, so we operate on a "first come, first served" basis. The costs to be featured in the magazine are €110.
Online: You'll receive excellent exposure on the C2W|Mens en Molecule website (Dutch and English versions), allowing you to showcase a 500-word article along with an eye-catching image. Starting mid November, a special item or carrousel, will be prominently featured on the main page of the C2W|Mens en Molecule website, guiding visitors directly to your program. Moreover, from early December 2024 until the Master's Day event, your program will be highlighted in the C2W|Mens en Molecule weekly newsletter (Dutch and English versions), reaching an impressive audience of 17,000 subscribers. The costs to be featured on the website and in the weekly newsletters are €165.
A combination of print and online is, of course, also possible. You will get a €55 discount, bringing the total cost for both print and online services to €220.
